During this period of time when we are all at home and unable to attend exercise classes, Energize and the wonderful team of Elevate instructors have developed the Elevate at Home training programme. This exercise programme is to be used as guidance to help you stay active at home.

As our Elevate Instructors are not able to run classes for the time being, they are available to telephone people who would appreciate someone calling to check-in with them and offer a friendly ear as well as advice on appropriate exercises.
