Hannah is a GB Age Group Triathlete, she works full time as a RAF Air Traffic Controller and is the current European Champion in Sprint Distance Triathlon and Aquathlon in 20-24 Age Category.

A keen athlete from a young age, Hannah pursued a career in competitive swimming and continued throughout her teenage years. Despite enjoying swimming, her competitive edge and resilience lead to her wanting to do a triathlon. Successfully completing her 1st triathlon in 2013 served as a catalyst for her desire to become a Triathlete. Six years later, she now competes internationally representing RAF Triathlon and GB Age Group team, her most notable achievements to date are winning Gold at 2018 Glasgow European Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships and 2018 Ibiza European Aquathlon Championships.

Hannah has overcome many difficulties in her life. Being diagnosed with a rare skin condition at a young age, she did not let this impact her athletic career and continued to pursue her dreams. Striving to achieve peak fitness she over-trained for Triathlon which lead to her being unhealthily underweight. It has taken her many years to get where she needed to be, but her dedication and unwillingness to give up has led to her becoming one of the best young Triathletes in the UK.

In October 2019 Hannah was crowned RAF Sportswoman of the Year 2019. Read all about it on page 28 of the RAF Magazine
