Senior Partnership Manager 

Energize have set ourselves and our partners a big mission over the next 4 to 6 years – to improve lives whilst tackling inactivity across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin

To achieve this we need great people and are recruiting for a key new member of our executive team to fill our Senior Partnership Manager role.   This permanent and full time 37 hrs per week role has an annual salary £33,627 to £35,774 depending on qualifications and experience and offers access to other staff benefits inc company pension scheme.

 

The successful applicant will lead work on operational delivery of our ‘Actively Improving Lives’ strategy whilst having a specific focus on building active families, actively ageing well and workforce development elements of the plan.

 

As manager of a small team working in partnership with local authorities, appropriate voluntary and community sector bodies and the local business community the Senior Partnership Manager will ensure that Energize maximises its ability to tackle inactivity and encourage an active habit through the development of inclusive projects which target specific communities of need.  Ability to see the opportunities, judge the options and ensure follow through will be critical and we are looking for someone who has both experience and a track record of achievement within a partnership environment.  Well-developed communication skills and an ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities would also be essential.  A self-starter with good team building and networking skills will be critical to this role.
