Free physical movement and activity such as walking, taking the stairs, skipping, cycling, running and more, all have proven benefits to support our mental health. If you think meeting with other people or joining a group, club or organisation would be motivating for yourself, why not research the wide variety of activities which are available in your local area, or across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin?

You can visit their website here to access a useful mind plan tool, information and videos that are based on the principles of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) presented in easy, bite-sized tips to help people deal with stress and anxiety, boost mood, sleep better and feel more in control.
