The 2019/20 academic year sees the continuation of the School Games County Finals based around mini-festivals and satellite events to deliver the county final element of the School Games competitions for secondary schools.

The format for 2019/20 will include 2 mini-festivals (1 in each of the autumn and spring terms). There will also be a number of stand-alone ‘satellite’ events throughout the year.

The School Games County Finals will provide the grand finales to the School Games programme in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin for secondary schools. The results from the mini-festivals and satellite events will all count towards the School Games Area Winners Shield which will be presented to the winning area at the final event of the academic year.
