Research & Learning

We recognise the need for insight and evidence to be central and embedded in everything that we do. By doing so, we are able to understand what will work best to have the most significant impact on improving people’s lives. This insight and evidence comes from blending two different viewpoints:

  • Researching and gathering information from both national and local sources. It is important that this information is up to date and processed correctly so that it can be used in an efficient, effective manner.

  • Learning from the people Energize are trying to work with. Whether that be a CEO of a company trying to get their work place more active or someone taking part in one of Satellite Clubs or Elevate Classes. Taking some time to get to know our audience really allows us to see the world through their eyes so we can ensure activities are appropriately tailored.
