Studio You logo

On 1st May at 11.15am, Studio You is hosting a special virtual event to help us change the way girls see physical activity in school and beyond.

In front of an audience of students at Mulberry Academy in East London, BBC Radio 1Xtra presenter Swarzy will lead an informal conversation with a panel of diverse and relatable voices. They’ll bring expertise and personal insight on topics such as puberty, periods and stereotypes in sport, giving practical advice on how to tackle some of the barriers to girls getting active.

The event is free to all secondary schools and teachers across England to register and watch it online with their students – either live or on demand afterwards.
